1. Who we are — Sacred Goddess is the trading name of the online boutique operated by MALA-GLOBAL ENTERPRISES (SALHOTRA AND CO), a sole proprietorship (entreprise individuelle) registered in France at 1 Rue Pierre Midrin, 92310 Sèvres, SIRET 950 775 486 00018, VAT FR51950775486. Sacred Goddess sells handmade Indian textiles (tablecloths, reversible jackets, tote bags and scarves) and ships from France. In these Terms of Service, "Sacred Goddess", "we" and "us" refer to this boutique. These Terms of Service apply to the website published at https://deessedeparis.com (the "Website") and to the Sacred Goddess software application described in section 3 (the "Application").
2. Scope and acceptance — By browsing the Website or placing an order, you accept these Terms of Service. They are available on every page of the Website through the footer link "Terms of Service", without having to open any menu.
3. The Sacred Goddess application — Sacred Goddess also maintains a software application (the "Sacred Goddess Application"), which is part of this Website and of our shop. The Application allows the operator of the shop's own official TikTok account to authorise that account ("Login Kit") and to publish the shop's own product videos to that same account ("Content Posting API"). The Application is used exclusively by Sacred Goddess to publish Sacred Goddess content on the official Sacred Goddess account. Its name — Sacred Goddess — is the same as the name displayed on this Website, in this document and in the TikTok for Developers portal. Nothing is ever published without an explicit confirmation by the account owner, who selects the privacy level of each post. The Application adds no watermark, logo or promotional text of its own to the published content. See our Privacy Policy for the data processed by the Application.
4. Orders and prices — Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (the business is under the French VAT exemption for small businesses, article 293 B of the French Tax Code). Shipping costs are added at checkout. An order is confirmed after payment, and a summary is sent by email.
5. Payment — Payments are processed securely by card through Stripe. No card data is ever stored on the Website.
6. Delivery — Delivery in mainland France through Mondial Relay (pick-up point) or La Poste Colissimo (home delivery). Indicative lead time: 1 to 4 working days after dispatch.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges — The customer has 14 days from receipt to return or exchange an item (article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer and are not refunded. Items must be returned in their original condition. Return contact: [email protected].
8. Legal guarantees — Legal guarantee of conformity and guarantee against hidden defects (articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code).
9. Liability — Sacred Goddess is not liable for indirect damage resulting from the use of the Website. Product photographs are as accurate as possible but slight colour variations may occur.
10. Governing law and mediation — These Terms are governed by French law. Consumer mediation is available (CNPM, e-commerce mediator).
