1. Who we are — Sacred Goddess is the trading name of the online boutique operated by MALA-GLOBAL ENTERPRISES (SALHOTRA AND CO), 1 Rue Pierre Midrin, 92310 Sèvres, France, SIRET 950 775 486 00018. Sacred Goddess sells handmade Indian textiles online at https://deessedeparis.com. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data the Sacred Goddess website and the Sacred Goddess software application collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights.
2. Data collected when you place an order — Name, postal address, email address and telephone number that you provide when ordering. They are necessary to process, ship and invoice your order, and to provide customer service.
3. Payment data — Payments are processed by Stripe. Sacred Goddess never stores any card data on its servers. Card details are handled solely by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
4. Data processed by the Sacred Goddess application (TikTok integration) — The Sacred Goddess Application is used only by Sacred Goddess itself, to publish Sacred Goddess content on the official Sacred Goddess TikTok account. When the account owner authorises the account through TikTok Login Kit, the Application receives and stores: the TikTok account identifier (open_id) and the account display name, used solely to show on screen which TikTok account a video will be sent to; and the OAuth access and refresh tokens, used solely to keep the connection valid and to publish the video that the owner has explicitly selected. The Application requests no other personal data: no email address, no phone number, no follower list, no statistics and no data belonging to other TikTok users. This data is stored on Sacred Goddess's own server, is never sold, rented or shared with any third party, and is never used for advertising. Tokens can be revoked at any time by the account owner from their TikTok settings.
5. Purposes and legal basis — Data is used to perform the sales contract (orders, delivery, invoicing, customer service) and, for the TikTok integration, on the basis of the account owner's explicit consent given when authorising the account.
6. Retention — Order and invoicing data is kept for the period required to manage the order and to comply with accounting obligations under French law. TikTok account identifiers and tokens are kept only as long as the account is connected, and are deleted on request or upon disconnection.
7. Your rights — Under the GDPR you may at any time request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data, or object to its processing. Write to [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL, cnil.fr).
8. Cookies — This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Only the hosting provider may keep anonymous technical logs.
